1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AKYOSA, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use AKYOSA for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AKYOSA; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content generated through AKYOSA remains your property. However, by using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AKYOSA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AKYOSA, even if AKYOSA or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on AKYOSA could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AKYOSA does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. AKYOSA may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

8. Online Downloader

The downloader lets signed-in users retrieve the video, the audio, the subtitles or a clip of an online video. By starting a download you accept the following terms, in addition to the rest of these Terms of Service.

  • Rights. You may only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is released under a licence allowing it, or for which you have the permission of the rights holder. You alone are responsible for checking these rights and for complying with the terms of use of the source platform.
  • Prohibited uses. You must not circumvent technical protection measures (DRM), download paid, private or access-restricted content, or redistribute, resell or publish downloaded content without the necessary rights.
  • Limits. Each plan has a daily number of downloads, a maximum video length and a maximum quality. These limits are shown on the downloader page and may change.
  • Temporary storage. Files are stored in your private folder and deleted automatically at the end of the retention period of your plan (24 to 72 hours). AKYOSA keeps no copy after deletion.
  • Log. For each download we record your account, the link, the options chosen, the date, your IP address and the version of these terms you accepted. This log is used to enforce the limits, prevent abuse and answer lawful requests from rights holders or authorities.
  • Suspension. AKYOSA may refuse a link, remove a file, suspend the downloader or suspend an account, without notice, in case of abuse or of a notification from a rights holder.
  • No warranty. The downloader depends on third-party sites and may stop working with some of them at any time. It is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability.
